Career Planner (AKA Career Retention Specialist)

The primary mission of the Career Retention Specialist Section is to reenlist qualified first-term Marines to meet out career force MOS requirements, qualified career Marines to sustain appropriate career force experience levels.

The Career Planner also assists in disseminating information and procedures for officer and special duty selection boards.
